Microsoft Enterprise Agreement True-Up Advisory

Software licence terms can be extremely complex and most organisations do not have the in-house expertise to accurately determine the Microsoft products and associated licence quantities that should be included in the annual Enterprise Agreement True-Up reporting. We are experts in Microsoft software licensing, have completed software licence reconciliations for hundreds of organisations and as we do not sell software licences we are uniquely positioned to provide truly independent and impartial advice.

Service Description

The “True-Up” is an annual reporting requirement for all organisations with a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Enrolment (Enterprise Enrolment and/or Server & Cloud Enrolment).

The annual true-up order should be placed between 60-30 days prior to the annual anniversary date of the enrolment.

Completing a true-up can be a complex process as to be completed accurately an organisation must have a complete inventory of its hardware and software usage and the knowledge of how to apply the relevant software licence terms that hardware and software usage. Most organisations do not have the in-house knowledge and expertise to accurately calculate licence true-up requirements and with many organisations running Microsoft

Through our Microsoft Enterprise Agreement True-Up Advisory Service we gather a complete inventory of your software deployments and usage, conduct a complete analysis of your software licence entitlements, identify the effective licence position of your Microsoft software on a product-by-product basis and prepare a bill-of-materials which details all Microsoft products that require true-up and the associated licence quantities that need to be reported.
