Troy Parker
Founder and Managing Director
Troy is Discover SAM's lead Microsoft licensing consultant and is responsible for the delivery of consulting, advisory and training services. With more than 20 years of Microsoft licensing experience, Troy has completed hundreds of software licence reconciliations and advised organisations across government, financial services, healthcare, education and commercial sectors.
Troy also designs and delivers Discover SAM's Microsoft licensing training courses, including the flagship Masters of Microsoft® Licensing training course.
Luke Petterson
Director
Luke is responsible for the data collection, processing and analysis support activities that underpin Discover SAM's consulting and advisory services. Working closely with clients throughout engagements, he helps ensure the accurate and efficient collection, consolidation and preparation of the data required to perform detailed Microsoft licensing assessments.
In addition to supporting client engagements, Luke is responsible for the development and ongoing enhancement of Discover SAM's proprietary data processing tools and methodologies. These tools assist with the collection, normalisation, consolidation and analysis of data from multiple sources, helping to improve the accuracy, consistency and efficiency of Discover SAM's service delivery.
